He played a key role in guiding the organization through its complete capital-markets journey—transitioning from structured finance instruments and private funding rounds to a successful IPO and QIP—mobilizing more than ₹2,000 crore (~$250 million). His experience in investor engagement, governance frameworks, and capital allocation positions him strongly for navigating institutional expectations and long-horizon growth agendas.
His professional background spans multiple industries, where he has held senior leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). This blend of P&L leadership and strategic depth enables him to drive performance, build high-caliber teams, and lead businesses through periods of scale, change, and complexity.
Mr. Malpani holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati and has attended executive leadership programs at ISB Hyderabad and IIM Ahmedabad.
