G. Praneeth Abhishek serves as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Azad. He is a seasoned Company Secretary and Legal Compliance Officer with over 13 years of experience in ensuring corporate governance and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and has spearheaded multiple mergers and acquisitions.
In his role at Azad, Praneeth oversees the secretarial and legal functions of the Company.
Previously, he served as Deputy General Manager- CS and Legal at Cohance Lifesciences Limited (formerly Suven Pharmaceuticals Limited, an Advent International Private Equity backed company). Prior to that, he was Assistant Company Secretary at KSK Energy Ventures Limited and Medisys Edutech Private Limited.
Praneeth is a qualified Company Secretary (2014) and holds a commerce degree.
