Deepak Kabra is the Independent Director of our Company. He is a qualified chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 15 years of experience and has previously worked with YES Bank Limited as the senior president in the business unit, as the assistant general manager with ICICI Bank Limited and as assistant manager – accounts with Tata Chemicals Limited.
